EVENT INFORMATION
Kupenda for the Children is hosting an ART FUNDRAISER to raise money for disabled children in Kenya, Africa. Artists of all levels and art of all kinds are welcomed for display.
The theme for this year's show is "Furaha," which is the Swahili word for joy. Art that is sold at the show on May 1st, 2011 at the Sterling Center YMCA in Beverly, MA will help support Kupenda for the Children and ultimately affect the lives of these incredible children.
ABOUT ART for KUPENDA
ART for KUPENDA was created by Julie-Ann Bauer (Kupenda's Web Designer). Julie-Ann has been involved with Kupenda for the Children from the start of the organization.
May 1st, 2011 will be the second show hosted by ART for KUPENDA. We hope that the show is, again, a success and children in Kenya will benefit from this art for years to come.
